In Mourning

TorrentSpy was charged $110,000,000 for INDEXING torrents. This is not right. First of all, torrents have NO COPYRIGHTED DATA. They contain a type of map, telling your computer WHERE TO GET THE FILES. Second, THEIR SERVERS HAVE NO TORRENTS, they have links TO the torrents. They are a SEARCH ENGINE, sue google while your at it. Charging an indexing site $110,000,000 is NOT justice, its terrorism. You aren’t trying to get your money back, you are trying to scare other sites in to closing down.
